Terms of Service
[ last updated: August 20, 2026 ]
The service
Furrow Forms, owned and operated by Burrow Analytics, LLC, provides form-handling infrastructure: submission endpoints, spam filtering, storage, email notifications, webhooks, and an API/MCP control plane. By creating an account — whether through the dashboard or programmatically via the API — you agree to these terms.
Accounts and tokens
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API tokens secret. Tokens can be revoked at any time from Settings. Accounts registered by an AI agent on your behalf are your accounts: the email owner who completes verification is the account holder.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, to phish, to impersonate others, or to collect sensitive data (such as payment card numbers or health records) that the service is not designed to hold. You are responsible for presenting any privacy notices your forms require and for having a lawful basis to collect what your forms collect. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other users; see also our privacy policy.
Your data
Form submissions belong to you (or to your clients, per your agreements with them). We process them only to provide the service — storage, delivery, spam filtering — and don't sell them. Export what the dashboard and API expose; on termination, data is deleted after your plan's retention window (30 days on Free, 2 years on Pro).
Plans and billing
Free and Pro plans are described on the pricing page. Pro and expansion packs are billed annually per workspace. Payments are non-refundable: if you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Submission caps apply per workspace per month; we notify you as you approach a cap rather than silently dropping legitimate submissions.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard on reliability — signed webhooks retry with backoff, deliveries are logged — but we do not currently publish an SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding it.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: /contact.
