A workspace is one isolated agency: its own clients, projects, forms, submissions, and tokens. Most teams need exactly one — an agency runs its whole client roster inside it. Run multiple businesses or agencies? Add another workspace under the same login for $199/yr; each has its own 10,000/month allowance, and expansion packs apply per workspace.
